Meet Tiffany Smith BSc (hons) Nutrition Science, NLP Practitioner, mBANT, Chef
After twenty years of running her own restaurant with her husband in the French Pyrénées, Tiffany went back to university to feed her passion for food and health. She is now a Registered Nutritional Therapist practising online and from her clinic in Vernet-Les-Bains (66820). She is also a qualified health coach with NLP certification.
Tiffany is passionate about helping people to age well and to maintain optimum health as they get older so that they can live a full, active and rewarding life as long as possible. This involves supporting women transition through menopause, supporting those who would like to shed a few pounds that may have crept on as they get older and nutritional approaches to heart health, brain health and bone health.
When the situation allows she will be holding demonstrations and group workshops out of her clinic in Vernet-Les-Bains.
